Orders ship within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). US delivery then takes 2–4 business days, and every order ships with tracking.

US shipping is free on orders of $50 or more. For smaller orders, and for faster options, you'll see every rate at checkout before you pay.

We ship to select countries. If yours is available, you'll see it at checkout. Customs duties, taxes and import fees are charged by the destination country and are paid by the customer.

We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Lost the email? Visit Track my order.

Love it or your money back. Return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. The hair must be unworn or only tried on, and not cut, dyed, bleached, heat-styled or washed. Lace must be uncut, wigs need the hairnet still on, and everything goes back in its original packaging. Accessories can be returned unopened.

You do, and return shipping isn't refunded, so we recommend a tracked service. If your order arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we cover it: email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

Email Therealhairmonster@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 2 business days with instructions. Please don't send anything back before you hear from us.

Return the original for a refund and place a new order for the one you want. It's the fastest way to get the right one.

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees aren't refundable.

Start with a glueless or headband wig. They go on in minutes with no glue and no stylist. Our beginner's guide walks you through choosing, putting on and caring for your first wig.

As a guide, measured straight: 10–12" falls at the chin to neck, 14–16" at the shoulders, 18–20" at the collarbone to armpit, 22–24" at the bra strap, and 26–30" at the lower back. Wavy and curly textures look 2–4" shorter when worn.

HD lace is thinner and melts into most skin tones almost invisibly. Transparent lace is a little sturdier and easier to handle if you're new to lace. Both look natural once your edges are laid.

A closure covers a small area at the front and gives you a natural-looking part. A frontal runs ear to ear, so you can part it anywhere and wear it pulled back. Closures are easier to install; frontals give you more ways to style.

Most full sew-ins take 3 bundles at 20" and under, and 3–4 bundles at 22" and longer. Using a closure or frontal? Short lengths may need one less.

Most of our wigs have a medium cap, about 22.5" around, and most have adjustable straps, so they fit most heads. To check, measure around your hairline, over the tops of your ears and across the nape of your neck. Each product page lists the cap details.

Wash every 7–10 wears, or when product builds up, with sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner in cool water. Pat dry and air-dry on a wig stand. For curly and wavy textures, finger-detangle and refresh with water and a leave-in conditioner. Sleep in a silk bonnet to keep it smooth.

It's human hair, so you can use heat tools with a heat protectant. Whether you can color it depends on the hair, so check the product's Specifications. Pre-colored hair shouldn't be lightened again. Hair that's been cut, colored or heat-styled can't be returned.
