Refund policy

Love it or your money back. If you're not happy with your wig's look, fit or feel, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

What can be returned

To qualify for a refund, your item must be:

Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
Unworn or only tried on, with the lace uncut
Not dyed, bleached, colored or heat-styled
With the hairnet still on and in its original packaging

For hygiene reasons, we can't accept wigs or hair that have been cut, colored, heat-styled, washed or worn out of the house. Accessories (bonnets, wig grip bands, edge control, scarves) can be returned unopened.

How to start a return

Email us at Therealhairmonster@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply within 2 business days with return instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, because we can't process returns we don't know about.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and aren't refunded. We recommend a tracked shipping service, because we can't refund items lost on the way back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are not refundable.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Exchanges

Want a different length, texture or color? Return the original item for a refund and place a new order. That's the fastest way to get the one you want.
