Where we ship

We ship across the United States and to select international countries. If your country is available, you'll see it at checkout.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). Once shipped, US orders are delivered in 2–7 business days. During sales and holidays, processing can take a little longer.

Shipping options and costs

Shipping options, rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay, so you'll always know the cost up front. Faster shipping options are available on many orders.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. We'll email your tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it all the way to your door.

International orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in our prices or shipping costs.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away at Therealhairmonster@gmail.com and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost, late or damaged packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, or it arrives damaged, email us at Therealhairmonster@gmail.com with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
